Jay Love, CEO and president

A founder of eTapestry, Jay serves as the President and CEO of eTapestry and has been instrumental in shaping the company's dynamic structure and focus. Before creating eTapestry, Jay served as a sales and marketing consultant at Target Software, one of the largest database software vendors in the nonprofit world, which provides the software for virtually all of the PBS stations nationwide. Jay also served as vice president of sales and alternate channels for Powerway, Inc., a rapidly growing software provider for ISO registration and compliance. Jay served as president and CEO of Master Software Corp., which provided the most widely used family of database products for the nonprofit sector. Jay is well known as an expert speaker on ePhilanthropy. He serves as chairman of the Indiana Information Technology Association, is a board member for NPower Indiana and ePhilanthropyFoundation.org, and has authored a chapter on "Managing Donor Data in Fundraising on the Internet: The ePhilanthropyFoundation.org's Guide to Success Online."

Steve Rusche, COO and senior vice president

Steve, a founder of eTapestry, oversees eTapestry's internal operations, including conversion, customer service and marketing functions. Steve was a vice president of business innovation and marketing at Walker Information, where he led a team responsible for new methods to measure and improve customer satisfaction in small- to medium-size businesses throughout North America. Steve came to Walker from Master Software, where he served as vice president of customer service and marketing. Steve is a frequent writer on database implementation, support and project management. He currently edits ePhilanthropy Review, a CharityChannel e-newsletter that reaches more than 2,700 readers every week.

John Moore, vice president of development

John, an eTapestry founder, heads project teams working on the forefront of Web-based application technology. As a former director of development at Renaissance Inc., he was responsible for all Web page design, implementation and Web technology. Before Renaissance, John was a key member of the development team at Master Software. Among John's many accomplishments is the creation of vertical software programs as a project leader for Chicago-based real estate investment firm JMB Realty.

Scott Ganyo, chief technology officer

Scott, an eTapestry founder, has built eTapestry ASP fundraising and communications management software from scratch, using the Java programming language. Before joining eTapestry.com, Scott worked as a software engineer for Indianapolis-based Interactive Intelligence, a software telecommunications company that became a public company in 1999. He was responsible for two Java-based products that included the design and implementation of a third-party interface with the company's flagship product. Scott has been interviewed by several technical publications, including Information Week, Java World and Sun Server magazine. He also has written several technical articles.
