"Let us thank God for His priceless Gift!" 2 Corinthians 9:15 GNT

Each project included in The ASAP Priceless Gift Catalog was established for one main reason: to share the priceless gift of salvation with the people of Southeast Asia. Choose projects that fit you, speak to your heart and suit your budget. Every project — no matter the size — involves you in spreading the gospel to Southeast Asians before Jesus comes.

Education

"Teach me your ways so I may know you..."

Exodus 33:13

Each ASAP education project exists and grows out of love for the under-privileged women and children in Southeast Asia. Each meal is prepared with a heart of love. Each lesson the literacy teachers teach, is taught in a spirit of love. Through this process, the recipients get to know God, their merciful Father for the first time and many cannot help but fall in love with Him. Your "love gifts" for these projects help ASAP offer the truest and best form of education to the illiterate in Southeast Asia.

Evangelism

"So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God."

Romans 10:17

Your support for evangelism projects in this section provides some of the tools ASAP missionaries need to accomplish their God-given vision. "He who had rained manna from heaven for Israel and had fed Elijah in the time of famine provided in a heathen land a refuge for Mary and the child Jesus. And through the gifts of the magi from a heathen country, the Lord supplied the means for the journey into Egypt and the sojourn in a land of strangers" (Desire of Ages, pg. 65). In the same way, God will equip His missionaries in Southeast Asia.

Humanitarian Aid

"He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, and He will pay back what he has given."

Proverbs 19:17

Jesus lived a humble life of service to the sick and suffering, setting an example for our lives and ministry. Your sacrificial gifts for humanitarian projects fuel the ASAP missionaries' compassionate efforts to meet the wounded where they are. Every humanitarian project is intimately linked to the mission of ASAP to reach the suffering for Christ.

The Persecuted

"Remember the prisoners as if chained with them."

Hebrews 13:3

1 Corinthians 12:26 says that we are one body. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. This is why we care for the persecuted in closed countries of the world. By coming alongside your persecuted brothers and sisters through your prayers and support, you are fellowshipping with them in the suffering of Jesus. (1 Peter 4:13) What a privilege!

Sponsorship

"This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God."

2 Corinthians 9:12 NIV

When you sponsor a church planter, medical missionary, or teacher you are multiplying your witness. While you sleep, because of you, someone on the other side of the world is sharing Jesus. Each precious worker is surrounded by thousands of people who live without the knowledge of God or the hope of the resurrection. Now that can change. Your sponsorship of a child means a whole new future is open to him or her through education. It also means a full stomach instead of hunger. Feel their joy and you know something about God's joy!

Tools to Share the Mission

"Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ"

2 Corinthians 5:20

God has done wonderful things in Southeast Asia and eagerly wait to do more. We have put together the stories of His mission miracles and invite you to pass on the good news. When you order these resources to share them, you open the door for others to be a channel of God's blessing to the world. In turn they also will be surely blessed. Enjoy also the training materials to help you, your family, and your church be used by God to reach the many immigrants and refugees that have moved next door.

Students

By sponsoring a student, you will be making a difference both immediately and for eternity. You can provide a Seventh-day Adventist Christian education to a child. Our Feed and Read schools also provide a nutritious daily lunch, sometimes the only meal these students receive.

Learn more about what happens when you sponsor a student.

Before you choose to give, we ask that you make a commitment to sponsor for at least one year. Your donation may be made monthly, quarterly or yearly, according to the costs shown in each student's description. Please consider which option would work best for you, place the appropriate amount in the box of the student you would like to sponsor, and add to your cart.

If you want to make a one-time gift, please explore the education section in our gift catalog.

We strive to keep the list of available students current, but in the event that you choose a child that was just sponsored by another person, we will contact you with information on other worthy candidates.

Teachers

Teachers are unforgettable individuals who make a huge impact on the lives of their students. We are so grateful for the dedicated and caring Seventh-day Adventist teachers in our schools and literacy programs. By sponsoring a teacher, you are also giving their students a future full of hope.

Medical Missionaries

By sponsoring a medical missionary you are helping him or her to bring the right arm of the gospel to those in need. Such workers use natural remedies, health education, and prayer to assist in physical, spiritual, and mental healing. Entire villages are without any clinics or hospitals and desperately need such workers.
