In this issue we learn about what ethical eating does (and does not!) entail. We hear from professors who pose questions related to environmental and food-buying practices that are worth pondering. We also read about inspiring examples of regular people making a difference in their communities when it comes to human dignity and ethical eating. We also take a trip down memory land to learn about the late philanthropist and CRL champion, Chauncey Stillman.
