Uncertainties of health, financial security, the environment, and social justice issues are challenging each of us in unprecedented ways. Our lives can be stressful, calling for a new look at how we respond. It is a good time to refresh, practice, and grow our resilience skills. 
Let us help you take charge of your own well-being and resilience, and join us for this highly interactive, practical session. With Barbara and Christina, you will learn the difference between stress management and resilience, understand the resilience mind-body connection, expand and deepen personal resilience practices, know how to access your transformative resilience power.
Join us for a 90-minute interactive Zoom program, where we will explore resilience through pandemic losses and learnings, learn more about current resilience research, and begin creating powerful steps to reinforce and grow our personal resilience. 
Suggested Fee: $15 or pay what you can afford
Barbara Beizer, M.OD  
Barbara is a Certified Leadership and Transition Coach, drawing on her long career of leadership and organizational development in both for-profit and non-profit sectors.  A few years ago, she began researching resilience- what it is, where we get it, and how we grow it for the long run.  She co-founded Resilience Lab to bring resilience training to individuals and leaders who seek to be happier and more productive under pressure. Barbara lives in Washington, DC. 
Christina Bellamy, M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling                                              
For the last 40 years in SW/FL, Christina focused on addictions, social justice, and ecological concerns in her volunteer and work life. Since 2002, Christina has volunteered extensively in Coleman federal prison with the Alternatives to Violence Project. Previously at the Franciscan Center, Christina offered 20 seasonal Spirituality & Nature workshops, and a series of Spirituality & Recovery workshops with Sr. Cathy Cahill.  Christina lives in the Tampa Bay FL area.
Between them, Barbara and Christina have delivered Resilience workshops to a wide variety of organizations and groups, including restaurant and theater staff, an international NGO leadership team, a large association for the arts, Senior Villages, addiction rehab clients, and federal prisoners. They share a common belief that resilient practices are a critical skill-set for thriving in today’s often volatile and unpredictable world.
And by the way - Barbara and Christina are sisters.
