A.C.E. (Aerobic & Core Exercise)
A low-impact exercise program that focuses on aerobic exercise, strength and core work, stretching, and flexibility.  Please be sure to bring a bottle of water and wear appropriate clothes.  Led by a licensed personal trainer.
