Online Lecture: Celebrating Mrs Eleanor Coade – a 200th anniversary talk

On the 200th anniversary of her death, this talk will celebrate the renowned Georgian businesswoman, Eleanor Coade, one of the great entrepreneurs of the era and the first woman to brand a nationally known product with her own name. The talk will also examine hitherto unscrutinised evidence of how she became Britain’s first nationally successful female businesswoman.
