Join us for a lecture on the Spotted Lanternfly by winemaker Virginia Mitchell. Find out about the potential of this invader to affect the wine industry, wine production, and the grapevines. Learn what you can do to mitigate damage at your home and workplace. Vineyard tour after lecture.
Offered by TLC and Penn State Extension.
Hosted by Galer Estate Vineyard and Winery. Totally outside on the deck, so dress accordiningly, Covid compliant, masks mandatory and pre-registration is required. Limited seating. A short tour of the vineyards afer the lecture may be offered.
Must be 21 or older to attend.
