This year’s annual, year-end campaign honors our health care heroes. The heroes navigating this global health crisis right here in our community - physicians, nurses, front-line staff, volunteers, chaplains, food service, environmental services and more. While our community continues to see COVID-19 numbers rise at exponential rates, our Agnesian HealthCare Heroes continue to provide exceptional care.

That is why, as part of this campaign, the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation has established the “Honoring our Health Care Heroes” program. If you choose, you can designate your year-end gift to honor a health care hero. The health care hero or department you choose will receive notification of this gift. These honorary gifts will serve as a source of inspiration, hope and support for frontline and essential workers who bravely and tirelessly care for our patients.

This year, through your generous contributions to the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation, we have provided:

• Two additional ventilators for the St. Agnes Hospital Intensive Care Unit
• 32 ipads for patients and residents to communicate through video
• Provide five employee screening kiosks
• Provide over $300,000 in support for hospice patients who otherwise could not afford it
• The construction of an additional exam room at the Agnesian Cancer Center
