Sponsorship forms will be issued at your request.

Terms & Conditions


The STEP OUT Walk is a low risk event for the averagely-fit person.  All walkers should satisfy themselves that they are in good health and physically able to participate. If in doubt, participants should consult a GP or hospital doctor prior to the walk.


The risk assessment for this event aims to minimise or eliminate the risk to everyone taking part. However, by taking part in this event, you acknowledge that there may be conditions or circumstances beyond our control that can lead to unforeseen risks.


All walkers take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety. The charity will not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered by any walker personally or to their property as a result of taking part in Walk.


We will endeavour to make the event safe for you and others walking with you. Walkers must protect themselves by wearing suitable clothing and footwear. High visibility apparel is recommended. All walkers must follow the rules of the Highway Code as they apply to pedestrians, as well as the instructions of the event organisers and marshals on the route.


For health and safety reasons, participants may not consume alcohol prior or during the event.


Minimum age is 12 years old – All children aged 12–16 must be accompanied by a registered adult walker.


Please note that there may be circumstances outside of our control which may result in the cancellation of this event i.e. severe weather conditions.


Registration fees are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.
