Community Assistance Network (CAN)

Event Information

In 1965, CAN was incorporated as the nonprofit Community Action Agency serving Baltimore County. Over the past 55 years, even through times of crisis like COVID-19, CAN has always been there to serve our Baltimore County neighbors in need.
You're invited to a special night of celebrating together (virtually!) on Tuesday, December 8 from 5-7:30 pm.

We're hosting a Virtual Cooking Demonstration for you to learn how to cook holiday favorites with ingredients that we distribute at CAN's Food Pantry and celebrate the tremendous impact CAN has had over the years on our Baltimore County community. During this virtual event that's open to anyone, we will hear powerful stories from our community and receive a live cooking demonstration from the Baltimore Chef Shop.
A donation of any amount above $1 will register a household for this event. Prior to the event, each household will receive a Zoom link as well as an ingredient and supply list. If you would like to cook along with the chef, you will need to purchase and collect the necessary supplies and ingredients. (CAN's Pantry clients can pick-up their ingredients at the Food Pantry from Carla Schroyer).

Registration Information

Your registration fee is a tax-deductible donation to CAN, which will be used to strengthen CAN's efforts to support neighbors in need. 


Please pay any amount of your choice $1 or above as your registration.
