Thanks for signing your child(ren) up for El Grupo's Summer Bike Camp program! To make space for as many youth riders as possible, we can only accept each child for ONE of the weekly camps. If you are in need of a full or partial scholarship, please review the qualification information on the main Summer Bike Camp page of our website. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION FEES/POLICIES

 

Special Note: We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation at the local, state, and national levels. At this time, we are moving forward with planning Summer Bike Camp. In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel Summer Bike Camp due to COVID-19 you will receive a refund minus a $5 processing fee. Thank you for understanding.

 

Please submit all change or cancellation requests via email to karen@elgrupocycling.org.

 

30-90 days prior to start date: $50 processing fee for cancellations. No fee for session changes (based on availability).

 

30 days or fewer prior to start date: NO REFUND for cancellations. $25 fee for session changes (based on availability).

 

Session changes are limited to one change per registrant. Thank you for understanding.
