Youth MentoringHigh school students are matched with a positive role model that foster a positive self-image, and help develop post-high school plans and expand career awareness.
Mentors commit, at minimum, 2hrs/month to the program, and go through a background check. Students and mentors are matched based on hobbys and career interests. Once matched, you can plan future activities, meet independently and or participate in Esperanza hosted activities such as museums, sports, and social outings.
The College Mentoring program was created to assist our college students in successfully completing their degree. Today, we continue this program by matching 100+ college students with qualified professionals!
Mentors commit 30 minutes a month for 12 months (inperson or virtually). Our goal is that each college student finds a professional that can give encouragement and guide them toward graduation.
