Are you one of the many people who struggle with your relationship to food and exercise? Are you frequently asking yourself questions such as, “What do I eat? How much do I eat? When do I eat? How much should I exercise? What exercise should I do?” and so on? In this seminar, we will explore patterns of eating, develop a better understanding of the biological, social, and emotional reasons that lead people toward or away from food and exercise, and begin to reconnect with your body to learn how to establish a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
