Date: Friday, May 7th, 2021
Time: 5:30 pm Pacific (Tucson)/ 8:30 pm Eastern
Where: Where it is most comfortable and safe for you to watch... online and at home!
The MECP2 Duplication Foundation has re-designed the 2021 Gala into an exciting and incredible, “live” virtual event, allowing supporters and viewers from all over the world to participate. The Gala will be hosted by Bobby Rich of Tucson’s The Drive 101.7 and Brian Schweitzer, former governor of Montana.
While the suggested ticket price is $100/person, any donation amount serves as your ticket purchase. We appreciate any level of generosity that you are willing to provide in order to watch the “live” Gala, featuring multiple giveaways of valuable prizes for registered viewers.
Every donation counts. Your generosity will directly support the development of a MECP2 Duplication Severity Scale which is a necessary step in the FDA process for all existing and future treatment efforts. Our 2021 campaign has a goal of raising $150,000. Two private donors have committed to matching the first $75,000 raised of our goal. Thanks to their generosity, every dollar donated counts twice!
You will be able to view the gala in the safety of your own home. Viewing links and information will be emailed out as the event draws near.
