Begin your week with mindful vinyasa yoga in the comfort of your own home. Taking inspiration from the magnificent natural beauty around us, we flow between postures at a slow to moderate pace, focusing on building strength in body and mind. This class welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced yogis. Registration required.
