The 21st Annual Angels for Children Toy Drive is a joint effort between the Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad, the Wheaton & Kensington Chamber of Commerce, and Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP). Volunteers are needed in December to collect, wrap, and sort toys, books, and games that are donated by the public at area businesses in Wheaton, Kensington, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Washington, D.C., and beyond.


NOTE: Student Service Learning hours are available for wrapping days only.

NOTE: Easiest access by car is to go to Amherst Square Community Center Parking Lot at 11509 Elkin St. and then continue through the parking lot to the larger lot up the hill, where you will see the Pembridge Community Center awning on the right.

Location for toy delivery on 12/24 (Christmas Eve):

Meet at 5:30 pm at the Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad,

2400 Arcola Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20902.


**On 12/24 at 12pm, volunteers will be asked to lift heavy boxes into trucks. We will also ask for 3 volunteers to drive a U-Haul truck.**
