Start your day right with a "cidermosa" or two (courtesy of Ash & Elm Cider), then join bird guide and former NICHES land steward Wes Homoya for a morning stroll along the trails of Clegg Memorial Garden to encounter the thrill of feathered fall migration. After the walk, enjoy a 3-course meal prepared by Jason Michael Thomas of Urban Awareness Gardens Indianapolis. Brunch will feature locally sourced, farmed, and foraged ingredients, even including venison harvested on NICHES properties. You will not find a more authentic local, natural, and sustainable farm-to-table experience than this in Indiana.
