Out On Screen is a time-tested, multi-faceted queer arts organization with a proven record of delivering transformative programs.
The Vancouver Queer Film Festival rivals heavyweights in the international landscape of queer cinema. We court and secure a range of exceptional films of unparalleled artistic excellence while simultaneously advancing our focus on representations of marginalized voices within queer cinema. If we intend to remain a contender, we need your support.
Out in Schools changes lives and transforms classrooms. Isolation becomes connection. The closet becomes a bridge towards a bright future. LGBTQ youth take their first steps towards engaging in dialogue with their community and loved ones about their authentic selves. We need your support to continue to provide essential LGBTQ programming that fills current curriculum gaps as well as foster more lasting change at every level in school districts across the province.
