The Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade needs your help!
Miami-Dade Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department is comprised of 270 parks and maintains 13,573 acres of land – including nature preserves, beaches, golf courses, campgrounds and environmental treasures that serves nearly three million residents and visitors each year.
Tragically, as Hurricane Irma ripped through our state, she left serious destruction of Miami-Dade’s historical and beautiful parks. These precious lands have suffered devastating damage from Hurricane Irma and the effects are county-wide.
The Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade has launched the Hurricane Irma Recovery Fund for Miami-Dade Parks and is committed to working to restore and rebuild these parks so we can continue to serve the community and provide access to all.
We invite you to join with us by making a donation online today. Or you may contact us at : 305-755-7943.
