Just breathe.... Provident Behavioral Health cares about you and your mental well-being. Our Young Professionals invite you to join our Mind, Body, and Spirits virtual yoga event to support Mental Health Awareness Month! We'll gather via Zoom on Saturday, May 15 at 10am for a 1hr yoga class led by Certified Yoga Teacher, Amy Hrad. 


Your gift of $5 or more to participate will support underinsured clients needing access to mental health services and resources.


After class, grab a refreshing drink to toast yourself for making a measurable difference in the lives of those served by Provident. No prior knowledge of yoga is needed to join. Blankets, carpets, rugs, or any nearby floor can be substituted for a yoga mat.


Now more than ever, Provident’s services are helping people of all ages, incomes, and backgrounds. Calls to our Disaster Distress Helpline tripled last year in the wake of COVID-19 and issues with anxiety and depression continue to rise. All of Provident’s crisis hotlines are available 24/7 at no cost, connecting highly trained crisis workers with callers in crisis.
