By proceeding with this order, I understand that I am making a commitment to Snipes Farm and Education Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. I recognize that there is no guarantee to the exact composition of produce offered or weekly availability. I understand that successful growing relies on many conditions including weather. I will share in the risks of the growing season with my farmers. 

For Market Share Members only: It is my responsibility to select produce from what is available throughout the season and to fully use the amount of credit in my account during the 2021 season by the last day of the 2021 season. Furthermore, I understand that any unused credit will not be refunded. I understand that this agreement is only binding between me and Snipes Farm and Education Center.
