Donate to help detained immigrant families
Make a donation today and help provide legal representation to families presently detained at the Dilley Family Detention Center in Dilley, Texas. The facility is the largest family detention facility in the U.S., housing 80% of detained immigrant families. Your contribution will help keep women and their children together and released from detention while they navigate the complex U.S. asylum process.
The Dilley Pro Bono Project is dedicated to providing free legal services to the immigrant women and children detained at this facility, many of whom are fleeing horrific violence in their home countries and who would otherwise have no access to legal advice.
The families detained in Dilley face imminent deportation unless they can demonstrate to an Asylum Officer during an interview at the detention center that they fear credible persecution if returned to their home country. Our dedicated team helps thousands of women and children tell their stories for these interviews and helps keep families together.
Many of our clients have suffered harrowing atrocities before arriving in the U.S. Some have been separated from their children in the U.S. Every single one is deserving of skilled and compassionate legal representation and a fair chance at asylum.
Your donation is tax deductible and will be used to support the Dilley Pro Bono Project, and provide legal support for these families.
